The Phoenician Pottery to Modern Spotlight
In the summer of 2018, Rawlines took its first steps, born from the inspired vision of its founder who drew inspiration from the pottery making traditions of the 3rd millennium BC and the abundant raw materials surrounding his hometown, Tal Arqa. Motivated by the rich cultural history of the location, the founder sets out on a mission to combine historic craftsmanship with contemporary creativity. He started building the first workshop, with the aim of producing home decor in an eco-friendly way. As the products gained popularity, the workshop expanded, growing into a full-fledged manufacturing line in 2022. Throughout this journey, Rawlines remained committed to sustainability and eco friendliness, and invested heavily in company management and human resources to build the perfect team. Today, Rawlines is proud to be a leading brand in the home decor industry, with a wide range of innovative and beautifully crafted products that reflect its dedication to creativity, craftsmanship, and the environment.

Zakaria is a highly accomplished architect, holding a bachelor's degree in architecture from Beirut Arab University. He also hold a certificate in parametric design from Sapienza Università di Roma, reflecting their deep interest in cutting-edge design techniques. In addition to their architectural background, the founder has extensive experience in product design and execution, which makes him uniquely qualified to lead the product design and development team at Rawlines.
